Hey guys,

There is a trip going to take place on 02/05/14-04/05/14 that you should not miss out on! We will explore Munich and its surroundings! On our way to the capital of the South, we will visit the memorial site of the KZ Dachau and spend the Friday there. The next day, we will have a guided tour in the historical center of Munich and see the city from above. Afterwards, some delicious beer and food is waiting for us in the Hofbräuhaus. For the afternoon, there are loads of museums that you can visit on you own: the Pinakothek, the “Deutsches Museum” and so on. In the evening, the best place to relax a little will be on the Frühlingsfest (=the equivalent to the Oktoberfest). On Sunday afternoon, we will drive to Erding and spend some time in its thermal spa which is at the same time Europe’s biggest slides-paradise.

The trip only costs 98€ and the following things are included:

- the bus and bed ‘n’ breakfast in the „4 You Hostel“ in the middle of Munich

- guided tour through and half-day seminar at the memorial site in Dachau

- city tour in Munich

- entry for going up a steeple in Munich

- entry for the thermal spa in Erding (4 hours)

The following are things you should provide for yourselves: swimming things and towels (for the hostel AND the thermal spa), some packed lunch for Friday at lunchtime and for Sunday in the evening (there is also a restaurant at the thermal spa)

The meeting point is Friday (02/05/14) at 7.15 am at bus stop A of the train station of Tuebingen.

We will be back to Tuebingen on Sunday (04/05/14) at about 11.30 pm

If you are interested in joining us for that trip, please register on our homepage (http://en.studit-tuebingen.de/aktivitaeten/registration) and come to one of our office hours during the Orientierungswoche, which we will annouce timely. We are looking forward to seeing you!
